Yes 17. Only for students still enrolled in school and have over 70% attendance rate or working for 1yre plus since leaving secondary school.

Should immigrants be required to learn English?
They should have to do some basics or NZ should provide them fr first year with handheld translator of no english speaking person in same home.

Help in ways that don't require support payments or NZ actual money whatever that is. We are not a gold hoarding country. If we are well then yes.
