Yes, and place a cap on interest rates on low deposit buyers.

Should the government raise the federal minimum wage?
There needs to be a change in general as you can still pay below minimum wage if you hire a contractor as employment laws don't affect contractors.

Should non-violent prisoners be released from jail in order to reduce overcrowding?
They should be placed in working positions to earn their freedom. Being in prison is no different to being on the benefit, it's a drain on our tax dollars.
