Yes, for those who graduate and work in New Zealand for a minimum period of 5 years post-graduation (with an allowance of a 2 year skills exchange OE).

Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
No such facilities should exist in rehab centers as part of a rehab program with a fixed period and limited use per user.

Police funding should be increased qnd community based funding should be increased. Not one over the other.
