YES, It should be compulsory, from year0-year13. But be optional to opt out. It is our National Language.

there are currently infrastructure that need attending too which has not been done. Do that first.

Yes prefer land owned by citizens and all foreign purchases (homes only) should increase the taxes. Businesses shiuse be half ownerships with a NZ born citizen…
