Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
Yes, drug abuse should be treated as a health issue, not a criminal issue
It is both, they should be criminally charged but during their sentence, they should be provided with health benefits to help them quit (compulsory).

If the person is charged with drug abuse, they should be provided with help e.g. rehabilitation, this should happen during their sentence though as they still s…

Should more students be eligible for an allowance?
No, there should be more restrictions
If a student is paying off student loans, it can be hard to pay on time, a loan could benefit them into being able to pay off debts that they owe.
