Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
No. The drug issues needs to be addressed as a health issue and a mental health issue. this is not the answer

no, but those who finish their study and work in NZ for 5 years should have their loan cleared. and only for the first qualification
