Should tuition at public universities be free?
No but options to wipe debt with bonding or incentives like low fees for areas in which there is a skill shortage would be fine

Should immigrants be required to pass a citizenship test to demonstrate a basic understanding of our country’s language, history, and government?
They need to sign a contract that would result in revocation of citizenship if they violate the terms of the contract

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
Only if they are not visible to the public and are not causing a problem for other people who might be users or adjoining that property

Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
Only as a way of getting people off drugs - not for ongoing use
