Yes, but we should work towards everything being 100% biodegradable to make small steps to a better country.

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
I think the government should encourage people to take the housing or shelter that is provided. Otherwise, they should be able to encamp on public property.

They should be able to make reversible changes to themselves under the age of 18.
