The death rate from fentanyl outweighs any potential benefit. Synthetic drugs are killing young people and blocking our icus

Yes, drug abuse should be treated as a health issue, not a criminal issue
Depends what you're classing as a "Drug" and which "drug" you're talking about specifically in each case.
