Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
No
There are 1.8 billion muslims in the world. To present an argument that percentage wise they are high risk is farcical.

Yes, and ban all immigration until the government improves its screening process
Any policy singling out a specific religious or ethnic group is overtly racist and should never be heard, much less considered.
