No, but increase tax incentives for companies that make biodegradable products
Companies are almost always going to focus on profit margins so whatever deal is the best in the short and long term is what they will likely side with.

No, increase consumer incentives to recycle these products instead
We survived without plastic before why can’t we again? Especially with the technology we have today that helps make numerous alternatives
