We need to make a start (or get left behind), but with very strict oversight and regulations and more importantly training and auditing. However I do not agree with widespread use - it should not replace human decision making.

Absolutely not. All AI must be wiped off the planet forever as it is extremely dangerous with no guaranteed way of controlling it.

No, AI is an insidious technology that will be soon start being used to control and profit from day to day computer tasks that are currently free, as well as being an extremely energy inefficient infrastructure. It should be avoided because only rich-listers will benefit from it

I think this is a very high-risk decision. If it goes wrong, we have just given artificial intelligence a weapon. It is necessary if other countries are doing the same, however, I do not support the concept.
