No. Sounds like a good idea, but the reality is millions spent that was not spent on the roads and infra. They are letting the country down while convincing them they're "helping".

No. This involved politicians yelling at shop-keepers, massive disruption to the city and roads, people unable to make deliveries. It's a mess, and is being poorly managed.
