I see children negletted and uncared for. Adopt, they say, but the adoption system in NZ is so complicated and messy.
Abortion should be on a case by case basis. The fact is though children are expensive and many teens and young people getting pregnant can not provide healthy homes for these kids, let alone clothing, schooling/daycare costs and all the other cost associated.

My life, my body, my choice. Why don’t we start making men take a long term contraceptive instead, since this stance seems to come primarily from them? They can either take the contraceptive or be banned from having sex. That seems to be ALMOST the equivalent to forcing women to continue with an unwanted pregnancy they cannot sustain during it, let alone after the birth. They want to control our bodies then fair is fair.
