It isn’t necessary, it is against ethical rights forcing the people that live in this country to take vaccinations, and then banning them from doing anything without punishment. There are people like me that live so remote it would be impossible for the virus to reach us, and many with underlying health conditions that the vaccine COULD have an effect on.
