If any medical procedure is to be mandated, it needs to have been tested fir a minimum of 15 years to ensure next generation is not affected, as is a usual scientific requirement, and an alternative pathway that is acceptable to the citizen needs to be available for those who choose not to partake. If testing were completed over 15 years, the at risk individuals would be identified and would be able to choose whether they have a vaccine or isolate while risk is present.
