People need housing, but the landlords may have private reasons, like family that they need the house for, so they shouldn't need to be specific, but they should supply some reason

I think that if the family is not looking after the home or paying enough or not at all then yes, they should be evicted but I think landlords should ask what's going on before kicking them out.
