Foreigners should not be about to purchase land until they are working, tax paying, citizens of New Zealand. They should be capped at a maximum of two properties. They should be placed at the back of the line when I comes to prime real estate. They should not be able to purchase more than five hectares of land unless using it for some type of occupation e.g farming. Where they must employ New Zealanders.

Don't we already require approval for purchasing property from overseas purchasers. Overseas Investment commission.

Foreigners, if they are not living in NZ should not be allowed any purchase of land.

Yes, but with a caveat that their purchase of land contributes back to NZ and NZers in some way e.g., jobs, taxes, giving back to the land - like buy this land here and contribute xx to reforestation or roads or railway etc. etc.
