It shouldn’t matter what’s between your legs, it matters who is correct for the job…… making a job sex based undervalues the selected candidate of either sex, if a women gets a job just because there is a quota it could overshadow how hard she has worked and how experienced she is for the role… the same applies to men, however in todays left society there is no talk of men quotas.
