Not all drugs. Man made drugs should remain illegal. Marijuana is not a man made drug & is a plant therefore should be legal.

Yes, completely agree. people should be offered education and help around all drug use, individuals wanting to decrease or quit currently illegal drugs would dramatically benefit from removing stigma and fear of being prosecuted for use of these drugs so they feel they can ask for help. Redirecting funds to education could avoid people getting into bad drug habits in the first place

The present drug laws are a complete hypocrisey in comparison with nz alcohol regulation. Locking people up for addiction is barbaric. Prohibition enables gangs to thrive. Education is essential, but impossible to deliver while drugs are illegal.

All drugs should be decriminalized and proper support to beat the habit, and dealing with the underlying cause is more beneficial long term.

Weed should be decriminalised there is way too many medical uses that are being missed and medical needs to be cheaper

Not all drugs should be decriminalized as it will increase use. Medicinal and non harmful recreational drugs should be legalized.

I don't think decriminalising drugs is a good message to send. Making it legal is saying its fine to partake. This is my experience and this is why I turned down heavy drugs. But weed should be legal for medicinal use. And all drugs are not equal so class A drugs should stay exactly as is. But maybe class B drugs should be illegal still but something lenient about the charges.

All drugs should be decriminalized so too allow better use of resources towards proper education. Offer people help rather than stigmatizing them with the law
