No because a lot of New Zealanders are green people and take herbal remindies for there sicknesses and they don't belief in taking chemical medication because they choose to live off the land the forest the sea the lake's and rivers, and it should be the rights of the parents to choose this for the well being of their children. And no has the right to force any parent in vaccinating their children.
