100 percent of peope who have died by the death penalty will never be brought back to life if it is later found they were unjustly found guilty of the crime for which they were charged.

Data and statistics are freely available on the internet that shows the death penalty is not a deterrent.

Do not support death penalty as a common form of punishment however it should be given for horrific crimes with undeniable evidence and only then (e.g. for serial killers and child abuse with undeniable proof)
