Its not diversity training..."training" eeewww why did you use that word? Its objective education. Its making kids think. Its confronting their notions and ideas...its using literature and film to discuss issues and see "realities". Its freedom of the mind as opposed to "TRAINING" which implies an electric dog collar of some kind.

Let kids be kids. Diversity is something you learn through life, not taught in a classroom by someone with an opinion

"diversity training" reinforces societal barriers by uplifting groups deemed marginalised and bringing down those viewed as privileged. The focus on race, gender, etc reinforces barriers rather than removing them. It creates a culture which prioritises categorical identity as the basis for inclusion, rather than rewarding genuine efforts and achievements.

Forcing diversity training can breed resentment, undermine genuine efforts, and overlook underlying issues, whereas education and open dialogue foster organic understanding and meaningful change.

Diversity kills culture. We can have people from other nations in our country, but they should adapt to our way of life. Do not impose anything on anyone. New Zealand should be the priority, not other countries and their cultures
