No people should not be allowed to just leave jail for committing a crime. Smoking drugs is bad and can kill people.
If we let out everyone from prisons who are in there only on drug charges then we would likely be bringing many people back into our communities around our families who either have addiction problems or don’t know how to control themselves when taking drugs. We would likely have an increase in illegal drug use due to being easier to obtain out of prison than in prison.

No. If they are still addicted why would you want them back in the community. It affects everyone around them.
Unless they have been convicted with the distribution of class a drugs, marijuana has less of an effect on the fully developed human brain than alcohol, proven to ease pain and anxiety
no it is illegal for a reason these people need help it effects everyone around them especially kids
