I think overall that hiring people should be based on whether or not they're qualified, but I do think that there should be less bias in this method.

I agree with your belief as I do believe that those negotiations and conversations about gender diversity in office is needed
It should be fair and the best people get the job regardless of gender. I do believe women shouldn't have to work harder for the same job it should all be equal playing fields.
Hire the best candidate, not the sex. Encourage more women into political roles so there are more female candidates to choose from.
