There are plenty of kiwis that are looking for work but people just don't want to pay what they are worth. When you can bring in immigrant works from a country that is over populated run down that will take a job for less but in return they get a better way of life. That puts the home grown talent out of work or can't get the rate they deserve hence the go to ozzy.
Ee need to have acess to skills that we are short of - our population is lacking in many areas of skill
