There should be more bursary, funding, scholarship allowances based on academic achievement

Think the first year fees free should be changed to Year 3 - too many go for the first year and then drop out.

No, but significantly decrease fees, increase entry requirements and encourage other means of higher education such as apprenticeships

Maybe the last year is free. This way you know you have committed students that are not milking the system. And current fees are too high

No but review the structure. Student allowance should be available to all students regardless of their parents income - this is a downfall of the current scheme
