it should be for the first year so it gives people a chance to go and then decide if its what they want to keep going with it

Yes free for high skill roles but have to commit to staying within nz for x amount of time with that profession, as a service for the free tuition. A way to keep good doctors here

no but they should set a maximum price for the tuition for the uni students and regulate it to encourage it.
