Yes, but make it a work for its scheme like free education but you have to work in NZ for 10 years etc
@9D9KC5H2yrs2Y
Yes but if a student fails due to lack of attendance then they are liable for full cost of fees
it should be for the first year so it gives people a chance to go and then decide if its what they want to keep going with it
@9G4CBFC1yr1Y
consideration for students in their final years so there is already a commitment to finish. Lower cost to study overall
@9FKF7QN2yrs2Y
Yes, but only in your final year
@9FK89LL2yrs2Y

@9F9BYMM2yrs2Y
Yes, for some qualfiictions, and or subsised fee's
Yes, but then graduates should be bonded to working in NZ for 10 years
Yes, but half of what they currently are
No, make either the last year of training free or free for occupations that are lacking staff
Yes, but only for courses where we have a national skills and education shortage.
@9DWBGXP2yrs2Y
Yes free for high skill roles but have to commit to staying within nz for x amount of time with that profession, as a service for the free tuition. A way to keep good doctors here
@9DQHYVW2yrs2Y
No but free for final year students
Yes, for the first year dependant on if you pass. Cost of the rest of the years should be lower in general.
@9DFG3L92yrs2Y
Maybe not free, but subsidised heavilly
no but they should set a maximum price for the tuition for the uni students and regulate it to encourage it.
@9DB574C2yrs2Y
Yes, but you must maintain a pass rate. Or it will be converted into student debt.
@9DB4JWD2yrs2Y
Yes, but only should be reimbursed once they have completed their studies
Yes dependant on end results. If you pass you don't pay. Fail and you pay.
As is currently the first year only
@9CZJ9762yrs2Y
