Yes, but return some professions to the apprenticeship status (hospitality, patisserie, culinary, nursing, etc.) and have stricter access levels for certain university programmes based on grade average.

Yes but only on the basis that the individual can pass - if they leave / give up for reasons able to be controlled or helped they should be made to pay

Studylink is great! I’ve just finished being a student. I work a little on the side. Can’t ask for much more than an interest free loan! Doing better than most countries on that front
