Capping bonuses will not provide the incentives needed to retain the high quality talent needed in New Zealand's economy. Pay is already below global levels.
Pay them what they are worth and their bonus should only be for retaining staff and keeping people informed of the best way to use their money. Not from making money from clients who don't know how to manage their money.
