I'm based workers of success better living of wages touch for the ends basics contract by legend former UK Prime minister's office dramatic and unions agreement

 @9G8R4MKLabouranswered…6mos6MO

I oppose to bonuses as many employers will have workers working rediculis hours and set them up to fail

 @9G5HQ72answered…7mos7MO

I think that the worker should be rewarded for their success but they should have a limit on how much they get.

Yes, and increase regulations around what banks can do and their profits.

 @9DBL3XJLabour answered…8mos8MO

Yes - but at a lower %, assuming it is at the loss of NZ'ers, and not a bank corporation.

 @9D96639Labouranswered…8mos8MO

All salaries and bonuses should be capped by a link to the earnings of the lowest paid.

 @9F5NQ2SACTanswered…8mos8MO

Corporate bonuses are obscene especially when so many people are struggling. Boards should lower bonuses to something acceptable such as 5 or 10%.

 @9F4PYW3ACTanswered…8mos8MO

Yes, and lower it to 0%, if you do well get a raise. All the other workers contributing to your success as a manager didn't get a bonus either.

 @9DYVY3MLabouranswered…8mos8MO

Should be capped 2 ways, as a figure of x ti.es the lowest paid employee for their salary first ie 20x basic salary then bonus toed to 50% of Salary max

 @9DRXV7Hanswered…8mos8MO

CEO’s and bankers bonuses are at INSANITY levels. No one does enough work to earn that. If a NURSE, DOCTOR, TEACHER, Firefighter, Ambulance worker, policeman doesn’t get that amount for their work which is SO MUCH MORE than a banker would ever do (proven by the pandemic because they were essential right?) then a banker shouldn’t be getting paid that much or be getting outrageous bonuses. They’re also ripping off the middle class when they do that because interest rates have increased simply to line their pockets.

 @9FKDPKKNationalanswered…7mos7MO

Banks are an essential. Workers should be fairly compensated on salary. No bonus as banks should not benefit from other people’s dependency on them. It is a monopoly in that we have no choice but to use a bank. There should be zero money allowed to flow from Nz surpluses to other countries. There should be forced spending of surplus by cutting banking fees following year.

 @9FJLF4SACTanswered…7mos7MO

A banker is getting a bonus from our combined income and savings. Their bonus should be capped at 20%. Increase savings and returns for the people who use the banks.

 @9DSTFHPOpportunitiesanswered…8mos8MO

Banks are commercial entities, it is not for Government to regulate how they pay their staff. However I support a windfall tax for banks.

 @9DSH8DXanswered…8mos8MO

The banking system should be fully investigated & no more offshore banks. Nz owned & operated. Too much international interference & power in our country.

 @8GZK6TNanswered…4yrs4Y

Bankers earning more than 6 figures should not receive bonuses and banks should reduce their fees to customers accordingly.

 @8CJP2YQanswered…4yrs4Y

This is a private matter between the Bank & their employees, as with all employer/employee relationships

 @9FN6TJWanswered…7mos7MO

bankers should not be getting any bonuses whatsoever and should be accountable for poor performance instead

 @8TLSXNWanswered…3yrs3Y

The majority of the working force never receive bonuses in there life why should bankers get one when no one else does.
