When I met colleagues from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and India I loved learning about the similarities and differences within their cultures for example with dance and food. I reminded me of New Zealand and Australia or Canada and the USA. It reminded me of how small the world is and how we are all unique and different but all tied together in some ways.
