Maintaining the stability of other nations directly impacts our economy, defense force, and many other factors. Having it in the US is appropriate given their role on the Security Council

I believe that the United Nations should keep its headquarters in the U.S. because it shows a position of strength and prosperity

The united nations headquarters being in the U.S causes no problems until someone makes it one meaning that if you just ignore it its better

The placement of the United Nations is irrelevant. Currently, the United States are the global hegemony, so having the UN headquarted there is sensible.

No the US is the worlds leading superpower so naturally the UN should have its headquarters based there

The us has provided decades of leadership. Turning your back on them during a period of weakness goes against what the un stands for.

unfortunately the U.S. is pretty much the strongest country in the world and it might be disastrous if they through a hissy-fit and leave the un it probably won't be but we cannot take the chance

Having the U.N HQ removed from the US isn’t the best of ideas considering the role they have in the security council.
