Really concerned about the housing development going on in some of our best farming land. We need to be doing better up development instead of ever outwards
If land isn’t actively being used for farming or cultivating, and has lost nutrition for plants to grow then I can be used for urbanising, but it should be within a distance of a town or city with a council
