there are many factors that can affect a child's academic achievement e.g. hobbies, background, family situation , health, enjoyment of subjects, learning difficulties etc. Not everyone " the exact sane with all those factors so to compare children on a bell curve or to a "national standard" becomes void. A Childs age is not indicative of their stage of physical, mental, social and spiritual development.
