There is enough land and shelters and systems for people to not need to be on public or private property. Homeless people are only around because of there laziness

What is your plan for when when have no spare land to develop. Exactly you have no plan. If we continue to build out traffic will continue to grow. Land need to kept for parks for people to unwind from the daily stress life through at you not more housing.
