Mental health is an increasing burden on government finances and there needs to be some clarity regarding risk, particularly if the Mental Health Act is going to become more competence based. Society needs to be able to accept that suicidality does not mean you are incompetent or mentally disordered and suicidal is not 100 percent preventable. Also please tell Mike King to shut his mouth about cases he has no clue about!
