I believe they should build up instead of out in central city areas close to transport links, shops and schools, but also free up unproductive land for lower density housing for families with cars who want pets and kids to be able access gardens and yards. Also, super high rise is a earthquake and fire risk, should not go above 4 or 5 storeys in the city centres, 2 storeys in the suburbs.
